The holistic curriculum offered at Malaika continues to grow. The newest program is CODING FOR GIRLS, taught by the brilliant Allegra, who is a volunteer and IT teacher from one of Lubumbashi’s best colleges. Coding is an integral and growing field in Africa, so we are lucky to be able to incorporate it into the girls’ education. The program has already begun with a trial of 25 girls from our secondary school and we look forward to seeing its expansion!
