On September 11, 2025, Malaika proudly joined BGC Charity Day in London, an annual event that honors colleagues lost in the 9/11 attacks by raising funds for charities worldwide.
This year, our Founder Noëlla Coursaris Musunka, was joined by our celebrity ambassador, Grammy Award-winning artist Eve, on the trading floor. Together, they represented Malaika with passion and purpose, shining a spotlight on our mission to transform lives through education and community-driven programs in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
What BGC Charity Day Represents
BGC Charity Day is a unique event where celebrities, charity leaders, and financial professionals come together to raise millions for organizations making a difference across the globe. 100% of the day’s revenues are donated to participating charities.
For Malaika, being part of this event means not only vital financial support but also a platform to share our story with a global audience.
Why This Matters
Visibility – Our work reached new audiences on an international stage.
Support – The funds raised will go directly into expanding education, health, and clean water initiatives in the DRC.
Inspiration – Girls in our community see global role models standing alongside them.

Looking Ahead
BGC Charity Day reminds us of the power of partnership and solidarity. With your continued support, we can build on this momentum to provide even more opportunities for girls and communities in Kalebuka.
We are grateful to BGC Charity Day and to all of you who believe in Malaika’s mission. Together, we are creating brighter futures – one girl, one family, and one community at a time.
