Students from the Malaika School used modern tools to design and 3D-print over 2,000 face shields locally during the COVID-19 pandemic, which they donated to hospitals in Lubumbashi. In rural areas like Kalebuka, technology powered by solar energy now provides clean drinking water to thousands of people.
