We are so excited to have Josuel Musambaghani join Malaika’s advisory board. Josuel, who was born in Congo, is a software engineer at Microsoft, working in the cybersecurity division. Like many of those we meet who were born in DRC and currently live elsewhere, he wanted to give back to his home country. When visiting Malaika, he taught coding to the girls.
Since then, he has continued the lessons remotely online with both students and staff. Josuel’s team at Microsoft won the 2019 and 2020 CSO50 Awards, a prize for cybersecurity projects and initiatives that demonstrate outstanding business value. Josuel is a tech wizard, and we’re so pleased to have him on our team!
